 If you are a Buyer looking at a Short Sale or Pre Forecloure these are not meant for the faint of heart. You need to be prepared to wait 60 - 120 days depending on the bank. Also keep in mind the Sellers that are loosing their house, please be patient and know that I do everything possible to rush the process but you can't rush a snail. Bank's have their process' also and all items must be in place prior to an appoval.
